Convention Week!

 I've been waiting three years for this week!  It's convention week!  The annual Younique convention is in Phoenix, AZ this week Wednesday through Saturday.  I'm so ready for an in-person event again.  Virtual conventions just aren't the same.  I'll be flying out early Wednesday morning with the hubs and we'll be home Sunday.  One of our speakers and performers is Carrie Underwood!  She will be performing some of her biggest hits Saturday night at a special concert.  And of course there will be other great speakers, new products and awards!  We have a special makeup studio where we can try the products and get training from makeup artists.  This is one of my favorite parts! 

For the next two days I'll be taking care of household chores and packing and getting ready.  Saturday the family went to Spa, Nails and Cocktails in Delaware for pedicures.  The week after we return from convention is wedding week, so we decided to do pedicures before we left.  I'll share a few pictures here.  The hubs had never had a pedicure before.  His technician, Pesey, was a hoot!  She had fun with Mr. Dale.  He said he really enjoyed it and that his feet feel much better.  Looks like I'll be able to talk him into this for date night in the future!  I had a fabulous caffe mocha too.  Yum!
