What a Trip!

 I just returned from a week in Cancun!  It was one of the best trips I've ever taken.  The hubs and I stayed at Secrets Playa Mujeres all inclusive adults only resort.  It was beyond fabulous.  The service was top notch and the food was divine.  We lounged by the pool and beach and soaked up the sun, then went out to dinner each night at a fabulous restaurant.  We had Italian, Mexican, Japanese and seafood.  And the desserts!  They also had a coffee shop that was open 6am to 10pm.  I drank my weight in iced coffee.  

We took an excursion to Chichen Itza, the Mayan ruins.  It was so amazing!  This sight has been on my bucket list for quite a while and it did not disappoint.  We had a great tour guide who told us all about the Mayan culture and how the pyramids were built.  

I would highly recommend visiting Cancun and staying at Secrets.  It was absolutely worth the price.  And if you have ever considered seeing Chichen Itza, go!  

I'm so grateful to have jobs that are flexible enough to allow me to travel like this!
